The actual property itself is in good condition and the location is solid. The main problem is how disorganized everything is. We arrived at 6:30p to check-in and were told that it would be an hour before our room was ready. I asked if part of our stay was going to be comped for this. I was told the manager would contact me. That never happened. We decided to eat dinner in the restaurant while we waited . The food was overpriced and bad at best. In three days there, the room wasn’t cleaned once, and I had to go to the desk multiple times to get ‘fresh’ towels. The comforter on the second bed smelled like someone had wiped themselves on it. Do NOT use the valet service. There’s self parking next door for half the price that they won’t tell you about. The clientele at the hotel is suspect as well. Every time I went to the front desk or the valet stand, a different guest was yelling/cussing out staff, or smoking weed in the rooms/hallways/immediately outside the doors. Will not stay here again, and would not recommend to anyone else.

The staff was very nice and the hotel and room were clean. My only complaint would be the construction scaffolding in the front of the hotel.

Everything about the property its self was great. My issue was with the bar staff. I opened a tab at the bar and when closing I tried to settle up with cash. I was told that they did not accept cash, but the bar tender said he would anyway and assured me my tab was closed with no charges. I woke up the next morning to a $296 charge from the bar that was flagged by my bank as suspicious. My bank did not approve the transaction, but the result was them locking my card. The supervisor the next morning researched everything and found out that everything I claimed did actually happen. That same night the same bartender was back on duty, to say I was shocked was an understatement. Your hotel, so do what you want with your employees, but it doesn't make me feel safe in a cashless situation.
