The property was not in good conditions. Bugs where coming out, rust in the tub area, poor internet service, receptionist was never at the front. Transferred to a newer renovated room and yhe toilet would not flush. No maintenance available.

Usually, I don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience because of the terrible condition of this facility. If possible, I would rate it lower than one star. The infrastructure is outdated, the carpets are old and dirty, and the entire place clearly needs significant maintenance. I noticed a lot of patchwork throughout the property. Overall, it’s not worth the price at all.

The staff was fine. The room(s) were terrible. I changed my room 4 times and then left the hotel after 130 am in the morning. The first room had fleas and when the heater was on it smelled like animal urine; second room smelled like a stinky dog; third room had a dead roach on the kitchen area counter. I asked the front desk to come and get the roach and clean the counter. After he left I killed a roach that was crawling on my cup. I asked the front desk person to come back to see and while he was in my room he killed another roach crawling across the floor. I asked for a fourth room. The 4th and then 5th rooms also had roaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. At this point I did not feel comfortable staying in any of their rooms and I left the hotel after 130 in the morning. I have photos and I would like a full return for my partial stay and my inconvenience for the long drive home in the middle of the night.

Great for my dog to stay! The heater wouldn’t work and I was freezing all night. The room had boogers Stuck on the wall as I laid my head down on the bed I noticed it. Then a bug crawled up the wall. The smell of pot was overwhelming. There seemed to be homeless people living in th lobby and outside.

Great service but a roach problem a really bad one

The service was phenomenal they understood that they checked me into a moldy water damage room that was never taken out of service but they quickly moved me to another room that was much much better however that evening the roaches dozens of roaches came out and we're all over everywhere. I couldn't sleep because they were crawling all over the bed so I ended up checking out sometime after 2:00 a.m.
