Smoking is strictly prohibited on property, as it cost us a lot of time to de-odorize the property for our next guest. Violation attract a $300 fee.
We pride our property location as a prime, safe and quiet neighborhood . We appreciate compliance with the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. Thanks again.
