The house is excellent on size for large groups. I spent the weekend with a total of 12 ladies, we enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. The beds were very comfortable, the restrooms were clean with all necessities and the kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen also had a coffee bar with complimentary teas and coffees. I had to contact the host about the air condition as it was warm during certain periods in the house. He was quick to respond and adjusted the unit as needed. I would suggest you bring a couple of floor fans for the common areas of the home to keep the air flowing especially with larger groups, as there are no ceiling fans in those areas. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beltway which can get you around the city easily. I would definitely stay at this location again with a larger group because it accommodated all of our needs.
