Very clean & nice area. Close walk to the Toyota center & free parking. Just be sure to bring your essentials I forgot my shower bag and this is a very minimalist home. For the price I’m not complaining just a heads up. We enjoyed the home and the safety we felt here.

This was a really lovely spot conveniently located to lots of good restaurants, Hobby Theater, and the Toyota Center. Comfy, clean, roomy for the two of us. It was a nice building that felt secure. Keurig coffee maker and an accessible balcony made for a relaxing morning. I would recommend or stay again on another trip to Houston.

In town for a conference at the GRB Convention center. A nice 13 minute walk to the event. Also, a short walk to multiple restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the Toyota Center. The unit had a nice rooftop area to visit. Very comfortable stay. For the price it was a 10.

The apartment is a 10/10, the space was very clean and smelled great! Communication with the hosts Jennifer and Brain was great, going above and beyond making me feel very welcomed on my first visit to Houston. As a solo female traveler this place felt cozy and safe and not to mention the onsite parking and walking distance to House of Blues where I attended an event. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again!! No complaints, everything was excellent!!
