Room was spacious I liked that it didn’t have carpet but floors were sticky and when the kids walked barefoot their feet were completely black as if the floors don’t get mopped. We also found hairs on the toilet and inside as well.

The room itself was nice, remodeled older hotel. However, the room’s walls were thin and the noise from adjacent rooms kept us awake. We went down for breakfast at 7 and most of the food was gone, empty containers, and the coffee machine was out of order! One of the reasons we selected this hotel was to save money on buying breakfast. Disappointing.

Was in the room for three days first day I didn’t need room service. Just got new towels by the second day I needed the sheets changed because I have a baby on the third day tried to stop the worker cleaning the rooms and she had informed us that she was already done, even though she never came by her room we told her we need a new sheets and she said that she’d drop them off in our room that’s it. We had all the sheets in a pile and all the dirty linen in a pile by the door, she didn’t even take that didn’t take any of the trash out. We had to use our own grocery bags as trash bags.
