The staff was fabulous. Especially the front desk clerk. I think her name was Noellia. Very friendly and was willing to help us with booking our accommodations as we just walked in, and was very informative. Spoke to some of the cleaning staff who were also very friendly. The room was very neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing was the breakfast. It was OK, but sausage and eggs weren’t very appealing. Orange juice wasn’t cold. Just room temperature. Overall good stay. Will stay again.

Loved the room, staff, the continental breakfast was amazing. Only issue idk what tv provider they have but it kept buffering and couldn’t watch tv properly

The hotel itself is run down. The room carpet felt horrible and dirty. There was a booger stuck on the bathroom door. The toilet seat was barely hanging on. The toilet flush handle was barely working. The back door entrance to the hotel didn’t lock, so no key was needed to get in. This property just overall needs a lot of work done.

The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The TV didn't work. The first night, I registered late. The front desk staff tried to fix it...but no luck. They told me it would be repaired the next day while I was at the office, but it was not. I asked for another room. They were booked. I was told my rate would be adjusted, but no it wasn't. Simply not enough staff to handle normal issues that come up! I will not be back!

Ok for a couple of nights

Service was good. Hotel was not in great shape. Large chunks of flooring missing in elevator. Overall in poor maintenance. Room had a heavy smell of mildew.

AWFUL

Front desk checked us in under the wrong name and credit card number (i only questioned it because she said our visa had already been charged and my hotel account only has 2 MASTERCARDS on it so we said we didn’t think it was right. But we got checked in. Things were good. Their site says hair dryer in each room so I didn’t bring one from home. No hair dryer in our room it had been ripped out of the wall - so I asked them to bring us one. They said yes but never brought one. I called again and said They don’t have one that worked so she let me use the one in a vacant room next door. Only problem was it didn’t work either. So maintenance brought us one that was so ragged and beat up and said well you have to hold the button down the whole time bc it’s broken. Well ok it’s 10pm so whatever. After about 15 seconds IT CAUGHT ON FIRE - room filled with smoke almost caught my hair on fire. I took it to the front desk told her it caught on fire and she said “oh yeah I was afraid that might happen” WHAT?!?! We switched rooms bc of the smoke and finally went to sleep. Next morning our keys don’t work. Pretty much the worst stay ever

The room was mostly ok but the bathtub had rust on it. The hot tub which they advertised on hotels.com was broken. The continental breakfast didn't have great options.

Don’t stay here! Not a good experience. Pool was filthy. Dead bugs and even a dead frog floating around. Picnic table was so dirty. Trash was overflowing. We told the front desk and they handed us a trash bag instead of taking it out themselves. My grandson stepped in a hole that was covered with plastic. Plastic broke and his little leg went all the way in. His leg was badly scraped and bruised. He was looking forward to swimming and was not able to.
