it was ok. i really thought it was going to be better. night staff for front desk was one of the most terrible staff I came across. house keeping never came the whole week I was there. I had to bring down my own dirty towels for clean ones. my trash was piled up because once again, house keeping never came even though they was supposed to come every 3 days. the one time I wanted to get in the pool the pool was closed. front desk for night staff was getting smart with a mom for asking about the pool. the breakfast wasn’t good. also kids were running around and stumping. playing “hide and seek”.

If you want cold showers, rooms without a/c, no pillows, bathroom doors that don’t shut and terrible customer service then this might be the place for you. We stayed from Wednesday until Sunday and our room never got cooler than 80°. I asked the front desk several times about this and at one point was told it was “fixed” and when we got back to the room it was even hotter. We were given two pillows for 3 beds and the front desk told us they didn’t have anymore. Our bathroom door didn’t shut so there was no privacy at all. There was also no housekeeping. The drawers on the dressers wouldn’t stay shut. The clock and phone were broken. There were handles missing. All around, this hotel was a mess.

The front desk attendant was helpful. It took a bit to get someone since is was after midnight. The bed and room were comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was fairly good. The temperature was comfortable. I was grateful for a hot breakfast, warm shower and a shuttle to the airport.

Our room key didn’t work. The evening staff girl reprogrammed the key and it still didn’t work. We bought a room with 2 queen beds originally and since they had none left she gave us a king with a pull out couch. Pull out couches are not usually comfortable. So we were a bit let down but we still had a place to stay. Even the next morning our room keys wouldn’t work on our door. I think they have an issue with room keys since we went through 3 rooms before we could get in and still had an issue the next day. Thankfully we were only there for one night. But the girl that worked the evening shift was so nice and did everything she could in her power to accommodate us.

The staff were great . Our kids had an early flight out ( 5am) Jessica was great help is true asset to the company! Very helpful. pool was great! The G-kids had fun ! Note the hotel is going through Reno’s after being damaged by the hurricane. The second floor Reno’s are supposed to start early March /2025. Everything is close by hit you do have to drive . No walking to them due to the highway right there . Will stay here again

Overall a wonderful stay

I rented 2 rooms for the 5 of us. Everyone had a nice stay, plenty of room. And the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I am not much of a breakfast eater, but this hotel had an amazing breakfast both Saturday and Sunday. I opted for the yogurt and blueberry muffin. My son had the Texas shaped waffles, and my husband and mother inlaw said the eggs, biscuits, and sausage links were all delicious.

My room had a horrible odor that burned my nose. Horrible water pressure and minimal hot water in the shower. My door stuck, I had a difficult time getting in when I got there. When leaving in the morning, I needed help from housekeeping to push it open from the hallway
