Beautiful neighborhood! We felt safe the entire time. The room was very clean and snacks/water was provided. It was 10 minutes from the House of Blues and close to a lot of other things. Jesus was a great host and communicated quickly with answers to my questions. Parking was free and right next to our room. The bed was firm but comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Stayed here to crash after our concert at House of Blues. So glad we chose this spot. Easy to get in, get out and uber fees were reasonable all-around downtown/Montrose area. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near downtown.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless and perfect for two people. Everything was exactly as described and made for a very comfortable visit. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The surrounding area was also very nice and we felt safe the entire time. Overall it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This apartment is exactly what I needed for my trip! It was the perfect size for me and even had a desk, which allowed me to work from there. The only thing is that I could hear noise coming from the neighbor upstairs including late at night one night, but thankfully it didn’t affect my sleep. Otherwise, it was great! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location was also very central. I’d definitely stay here again 👌
