A lot of pots but not a lot of pans. Not many utensils either. A list of specifics would be helpful like electric kettle, coffee pot and Keurig. Instructions on how to use the dishwasher. Also, the washer and dryer filters were not cleaned out. Had to buy an air and water filter for the frig as they needed to be replaced. The dock had to be fixed as my SIL and sister fell through various planks. The place was nice on the surface but there lots of burnt our light bulbs, nails sticking up on the stairs and some of the room thresholds, couple of the matresses have huge dips in them making them very uncomfortable. We did not realize that you had to go up 2 flights of stairs just to get to the main living area with the kitchen and master. It was very difficult on my older sister and mother.

The house was a perfect setting for our family Christmas. They even decorated for the holiday so beautifully which made it that much better. We enjoyed the view from all the bedrooms and decks and it was a great weekend to spend time in the backyard. My niece and nephews came over and loved the kids playroom and we were all able to pile on the large couch downstairs and watch movies. There are a lot of stairs in the house so it is not very handicap accessible. My aunt visited and just had a hip replacement so the spiral stairs were a little bit of a struggle. Also, the house was not cleaned very well which I did relay to the host. The property manager was very responsive and sent someone to clean out the dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly. Overall a fantastic stay but I’m not sure it is stocked well enough for a large group (small kitchen, small coffee pot, not enough bath towels).

This is a great house! We had 15 people and fit comfortably. The host was always so quick to reply with answers to questions. The house is beautiful and has luxury finishes. It's very nice to have an entire floor for family fun with the pool table, the tv and large couch, and the huge play room for small children! Being on the water is so nice and we had fun fishing from the deck. It's a great place to stay for a large group and we would go back!

Spacious home, nice location

Our family enjoyed a few days together at this property. We needed something with enough space to accommodate our 4 married adult children. Pros: The house is spacious and clean, nice views, and walking distance to fishing, pickleball/tennis courts, and a playground; several restaurants and a beach are within driving distance. Cons: Communication with host was at times challenging, beds are softer than our families’ preference.
