There were a few hiccups with the elevator not coming up to my floor even though I could hear it servicing other floors. Then my parking pass wouldn’t scan so I had to continuously use the help button for entry and exit. Overall, great hotel and comfortable room.

Good location. Bed was comfortable & hotel was quiet. Maintenance, housekeeping and general service were below par. Room AC didn’t work, but did get fixed. Coffee was available in room, but no cups provided. No coffee available in lobby. Towels were taken after first night, but new ones weren’t returned. Fitness room was pretty dingy.

We checked in after a 11 hour drive for a post opp appointment & had to stay in the room with no heat on a cold night. We reached out to the front desk and they said none of the heat was working. However they didn’t even mention that to us when we got there. The lady at the front desk saw me struggling to even walk and asked me if I was ok. I told her i had just had surgery, been on the road for 11 hours & she still didn’t have sympathy to let is know we would be sleeping in the cold
