Honestly, the manager is the only professional one there. I requested towels twice before I finally decided to track down a housekeeper in the hallway and ask for them. Also our toilet didn’t flush properly. I informed them of this twice. They send someone in the most inconvenient time while I’m trying to get ready. Who sends a maintenance person after 5pm? I called before I went out and asked that they send someone up. I was gone for 3 hours and the toilet still wasn’t fixed. The property needs an upgrade all around - people included. Don’t waste your money or time staying here. The manger was the only person who knew what she was doing there.

When stay in a hotel, the least you want is to be safe. Unfortunately hotels like this offer parking for your vehicle, charge you for tgst and its not safe at all!!! Myself and other guests gets our vehicles windows and properties broken and stolen. And the manager at the time just told us to make a police report and insurance claim. Thats it! I am very disappointed

Not so great first experience

The hotel is ok not exactly what i was expecting at all. The room they put us in the AC wasn't working so it was pretty hot and when i complained they send the maintenance which took at least an hour and nothing was done because it stayed hot. I called to complain about it again an they finally agreed to change our room and the second room was better however the overall experience was not sooo great they only have two working elevators and one of the two would go out ever so often so waiting for the elevator because a thing to do. Parking is expensive and kinda sucks. The employees can also be disrespectful but just a few not all.

Nice but not perfect

Room looked just like the photo. Large clean room with plenty of outlets including USB. Both beds shared 1 nightstand. Bathroom was missing a tub stopper but otherwise nice. Our room was by the stairwell and the door was super loud whenever someone would use the stairwell, but people stopped using it around 8pm so not a big deal. We left early in the morning so not sure if it would be an issue if someone was trying to sleep in.
