The towels had a funny smell and the ac was in and out, the ceiling in the bathroom had a leak. Some of the staff were great. But I was caught off guard by the $50 a night incidental deposit.

The wrong room!

We were given the wrong room! We walked in on man. Just imagine how bad that could've turned out. Then as we were headed to the desk to complain about it other customers were going through the same thing. I'll never stay there again
