No smoking inside the property. No candles are allowed as well. ($1500 fine) If you do smoke, please smoke outside or on the balcony.
There is no parties or events allowed. Law enforcement will be involved if found guilty. There will be a $1000 violation fee for any parties thrown.
NO PETS or Service Animals! $250 violation fee per pet if found to have pets inside the unit. We have cleaners and guests who are allergic to pets.
