I mean i definitely got what i paid for. Tried to be nice to the front staff just to not have anybody respond to us. So not welcoming at all. Never once had house keepers come.

The hotel and rooms was dirty it was supposed to be a smoke-free place and the allowinled people to smoke. The sheets pillows was dirty tv didnt work tried to talk to the person on duty and they didn't do anything and blew us off

I rented a room solely to get some rest but was hard to when I had a dog barking waking me up at 5 am both stays and the front desk claimed it was a service animal but I didn’t buy it and also people talking/screaming at their children. Hair was found on toilet seat and outside the toilet bowl, had hair glue on the blanket, roaches and couch had stains so I did not sit in the sitting area..
