I wasn't able to stay because my Uncle passed away and had to be with family for his funeral. They refused to refund me and booked another guest to stay in the room! I know this because they called me at MIDNIGHT rude, asking me if I was coming. Who does that?! They knew why I wasn't there and still called to wake me up in the middle of one of my worst nights ever. So, while I can't speak on behalf of what the hotel itself was like, I can say that they are greedy and don't care about their customers. Rates weren't bad but not good when I couldn't get a refund!
