Everything was wonderful except for the parking situation and the lack of signs with directions or arrows to help navigate the parking maze. The spiral parking entrance was terrifying! We did express our horrible experience at the desk and they did give us free valet parking which helped so much.

Staff was amazing. What wasn't amazing was rhe gap around my door to my room. It felt unsafe and I could hear everything in the hall and im sure whom ever was in the hall could hear me. The bathroom could use some refreshing. Other wise the property was nice and clean and the pool was nice. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Hotel was very nice. My only complaint was the parking. If you self park they have a huge parking garage that is a little confusing and very confined. Gate arm to get into the property wasn't working after arriving back from being out. Took a couple of people to get all the drivers through but we made it in after 15 to 20 minutes. Everything hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly.

Daily parking is $30-$40 and did not say on line that they even charged for parking. The parking garage is damp dark and looks like something from a zombie movie. It looks like a good place to get robbed. The valet takes up and crowds the entrance and they are not very good at it. Was stuck in ten cars wort of traffic at 1 in the morning in front due to bungled valet and a delivery driver. Pool water was not clear and bathroom in our room smelled funny. The nighttime acting manager during the traffic fiasco was rude and short with ppl. The room was nice and the rest of the staff was ok.

Great room!

The hotel was great. It was clean and spacious. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and both my husband and I enjoyed the bed and pillows. It was very comfortable. Will come back again and get a good nights rest.

1st day was ok. But we smelled cigarette smell inside our room both nights. I let someone know about the smell the following morning and they just said “someone was probably smoking” and didn’t apologize or anything. Valet situation there is a nightmare. We waited over 20 mins multiple times just get our vehicle that’s cause we pre requested ahead of time. On the final night after coming back to the hotel, we waited over 45mins just for someone to valet our vehicle.

Central city, hard to get to and oh my goodness the spiral drive to the dungeon parking garage. The lobby and public exterior areas were immaculate. The rooms are dated,(yellow old phones, and fixtures, showers, plush carpet but old looking) a little stuffy and medium clean feeling. Nice staff, the self parking is pricey. The room was a little stale smelling but comfortable for one night.

This hotel’s housekeeping was great and came in several times a day to restock and tidy up the room. My only complaint is the escalator coming up from the self-parking garage was broken and there was no accommodation made to even myself, a handicapped individual, and I had to walk up a broken escalator every time I came and went from the hotel. There also were no microwaves readily accessible. Overall the hotel was beautiful and very pleasant to stay at and I would return.
