We are not picky people so this low rating is a first for us. The woman at the front desk seemed like she was being bothered; poor communication skills and lacked professionalism. First, she couldn't find the reservation, which was paid for approximately 2 weeks ahead. Then I had to go back to get batteries for the tv remote. Then the tv itself did not work. We decided we didn't want to bother with her, so we didn't watch tv. Now for the worst: the place was run down which explains why two roaches greeted us during our stay. That was the ultimate no-no. And I had to ask her for my receipt at check-out. Certainly not worth the money we paid for this place and we won't ever be back.
