HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping woke me four or five times mind you I paid for late check out but yet even after telling a couple of them I paid for late check out I was still bothered one guy was walking in my room until he saw me went to talk with someone at customer service and basically was dismissed for the prices I have paid an apology was the least that could have been offered or take the late check out off my bill since I did not get to use and enjoy it

Had a wonderful time. There was plenty for my kids to do and while we spent the week doing things other than just the water park the place had plenty things to keep your little one occupied. Definitely recommend

We had an incredible time at the Great Wolf Lodge. If I could have changed a few things about our trip, it would have been the package I purchased because my little ones couldn’t really use the same pass as my older kids, so I would buy individual wolf passes per person. Second, I would stay 3 nights instead of 2 like we did. We felt like we needed one more day to really enjoy all the features of this facility. But we loved the water park, the food, our room was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for our family of 6. Best carne asada fries I’ve ever had were in the water park food court, but we also loved their pizza, pasta, and the chicken sandwich!!! Also loved the convenience of the Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast each morning. My older kids loved the magiquest experience, the ropes coarse, and the water slides, and the younger kids had a great time mini golfing and bowling and playing in the arcade. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back again!!
