The room itself was clean and comfortable. The elevator and hallways were muggy and too warm. The hallway carpet was uneven and needed cleaning. The planned updates are needed and will certainly improve the experience.

Noisy guests ignored

Guests in near rooms stood in halls screaming at each other, in the morning and evening both days we stayed at your hotel. No one from the hotel staff appeared to care.
