This “modern” Hampton is not what I am used to. Transportation to and from the airport is difficult due to the outdated airport and the hotel’s shuttle schedule.

Great service

After missing a connecting flight the Hampton staff were quick to pick me up at airport and allowed for later check out due to flight next day was way later in afternoon. So grateful after a terrible day!

A well positioned property for IAH airport. Complimentary shuttle from property to IAH which seemed punctual and had pleasant drivers. The property itself is well maintained and seems to have good facilities. All the staff we met were pleasant, efficient and helpful. We had a comfortable well appointed room. The entire property appeared to be clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was served from 6am and was very good, and complimentary with our room booking. All in all a very pleasant, if short, stay, and we would certainly use this property again if passing through IAH. Thank you.
