Room was comfortable, just notice so much black dust under and around the air system , restroom not very clean, had spiders on walls . The stay was very convenient as it is close to the hospitals , just expected more cleanness of this Hotel!

Dirty and Rundown

Overall it was rundown. The room was dirty. Hairs on the vanity. Hairs in the bed - between the fit and flatted sheet so obviously the bedding had not been washed! Some other kind of substance on the bed sheet I couldn't identify. Shady neighborhood. Advertised as having gated parking for $12/day, but the gate was never locked. I don't know how this place got good reviews. I've stayed in hundreds of Hamptons and never had a bad experience until this one.

Great hotel service, don't like the parking fee.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel and room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, the only thing I don't agree with is having to pay $12 for parking in their own parking lot.

Surprise Parking Fee

Be aware that parking is an additional $12/day. This is displayed on the Hotels.com page for this hotel, but you have to dig to find this extra cost. We did not find it before we booked and then were surprised to find out about it when we checked in. Hotels.com needs to be more transparent about all costs.
