As soon as we walked in the room smelled like dirty feet and the lamps and table were full of dust. Whenever we or the rooms around us would open the sink/shower you can hear loud knock on the wall while the water was running. Front desk lady with light brown hair and glasses was super rude. I tried to extend for 4 more days and she said she did not have rooms available and the only room she has was the king suite and the total would be $740. I went on expedia and saw different rooms available for $541. I confronted her about it and she said she did not know what I was talking about. Horrible experience.

Showed up ready to check into my room right on time—apparently my room wasn’t quite as ready for me as I was for it. But no worries! The front desk staff came through like hospitality superheroes and said the magic words: “We’re upgrading you to a suite.” Suddenly, my disappointment turned into “should I move in permanently?” The suite was spotless, spacious, and so nice I briefly considered starting a new life there. Everything was clean, comfy, and honestly nicer than my own house (I’m still thinking about that bed). The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to see me—which is refreshing when you’ve been on the road and just want to collapse into a pillow fort. In short: the room wasn’t ready on time, but the Hampton Inn made it more than worth the wait. 10/10 would gladly have my room “not ready” again if it comes with an upgrade like that.

Very friendly staff. The rooms seemed clean, great water pressure/temperature in bathroom. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Only concern, we woke up and noticed blood spots on one of our pillows. Bed bugs??

If I could give it a zero I would. After straying at this hotel, we were charged a damage fee of 250.00 for a damage THAT WE DID NOT DO. When we tried to speak with a representative, she was rude, unprofessional and refused to even assist us in resolving the issue. I asked for her name, she declined. i requested to know what room number they had onfile so that we could match it with our room number. She declined, and hung up in my face not once, but TWICE. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Please, TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR ROOM BEFORE LEAVING because they will add an additional charge even if you did not cause an incident. Side Note: The issue has nothing to do with us not having the money to pay for the incidentals. The problem lies with the customer service and lack of trying to resolve an issues that we did not cause. Again, If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Please beware of this hotel. I do not want anyone to end up like my family.
