Do not book!!! Took money, never gave checked in.

No contact from host after multiple attempts. Contact info for hoat is bogus. Pending refund from VRBO as was nevee able to check into property. This property should not even be listed. DO NOT BOOK!!!

Paid but was not given check-in instructions

Did not receive any response from host with numerous questions about the property. The day prior to check-in I asked for instructions and code. The number available to call was not the correct number, called VRBO and they had no instructions or different contact information. Was told I had to wait until check in time to receive help finding another property and to request a refund. VRBO said they had been trying for days to get a hold of the property owner and was also told it was the incorrect number. They should have taken this property off the available listing when they knew they had no contact and should never expect a customer to wait until they arrive to the property to assist in finding another property or to start the refund process. Don’t book this property if it shows availability. The host and VRBO will leave you stranded!
