The property was beautifully kept and maintained. It was super convenient to a concert we were attending at the Toyota Center. Self parking was atrocious. There’s no real information given unless you actually contact the hotel. The “guards” at the garage, which is across from the Hilton, are useless. I was attempting to ask them a question in regard to parking because my truck is lifted and I paid for parking but wouldn’t fit and they had the worst attitude. They are literally the first people you have contact with when entering the garage. The off duty officers working there were really helpful and friendly.

Location cannot be beat. Reduced parking in parking garage. Pool was excellent. The room was above expectations. We were able to park and walk everywhere we needed. Look forward to staying here again.

Hilton America is the best place to stay, parking, is connected to a bridge to walk straight to the hotel lobby, bridge connected straight to the convention center. Rooms were clean, fast check-in, quiet hallways.
