Kozy Hotel North Houston – Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Unprofessional” I stayed here from Thursday–Monday with a large group, and this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Roaches in the bathroom and fridge Staff caught sleeping on the lobby sofa, then rude when I tried to enter Broken lamps and blinds in the room Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional front desk (especially Karla) Constant belittling and disrespectful treatment The only decent staff were Mr. Demetri, Mr. Q, and Ms. Bernadette, who at least tried to help. Everyone else made the stay miserable. This place is unsafe, unclean, and completely unprofessional. I would never stay here again, and I strongly urge Expedia to reconsider hosting this property.
