No pool, no gym, sink didn’t drain. When asked if there were double beds and queen beds, was told there are only queen beds….yet there are two separate offers when booking. Double beds, or more for queen beds. Sounds scammy.

The AC didn’t work in our room & the hallways smelled like marijuana all night. The restaurant area was also closed every night so it was extremely inconvenient.

There was no hot water until the last day of my 5 day stay. In addition, the thermostat controls were just on and off no temperature settings. Notified staff about the issues, was told the thermostat just needed a battery, but it was never replaced.

Comfortable but maybe not the cleanest

Not a bad stay, just didn’t love showing up to the outside of the building getting remodeled so my room window was covered up with plastic you couldn’t see through. Not the end of the world, just would’ve been nice if there was a disclaimer for something like that. All was comfortable, but the bathroom didn’t feel very clean.

Don’t stay here

First off check in wasn’t to bad except for the part when we weren’t informed about the water heater being broken. Even when seen checking in with a infant. I call down stairs all they say is sorry. If we were informed we would have canceled our reservation.

There was no hot water for two days of our 3 day stay. We were not even notified about that. The carpet in our room had dog hair. The room size was a lot smaller than what I expected. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.
