We asked for housekeeping to clean the rooms Saturday and to provide extra towels and toilet paper, nothing was done. We got extra towels but didn’t get any until I called for the second time. Rooms were not cleaned as I asked. The worst part was when we saw roaches in room 328. I immediately called the front desk, they didn’t send anyone. When housekeeping came to bring the towels, there was a male employee with her and I told them about the roaches, the female employee went inside the room and saw one roach crawling & killed it with her shoe. At that point the male employee offered to spray insecticide on the area and we told him yes. He came back to spray. When we checked out and told front desk the employee was rude and told me to contact Expedia about it. I reserved the rooms through Hotels.com and not Expedia.
