The property ia definitely dated, could use some renovations in the actual rooms. Mold at the tip of curtains, dust in air vents, older looking carpet. Just needs renovation. Nice area, average hotel.

Check in begins at 3. I told the hotel id be there by 4pm, and my room wasnt ready. It sounded like an inconvenience to change to a room that was ready. The bathroom had holes in the wall and ceiling. Never had warm/hot water. The bar was never open. Overall really regretted paying what I had to in order to stay at a Hilton.

I was a bit disappointed in this Hilton as I always stay at this chain. I thought there was a giant spider in my room, but it turned out to be the frayed edges of the carpet which also had what looked like pee stains right by the door/ entrance to the room. I had to run the water for almost 3 minutes to get hot water, this wasn’t a big deal, but when trying to take a shower, I either burned my skin with scalding hot water or it was cold- seemed to be no way to regulate the shower temperature.

The first room we got had a broken heater that as soon as was turned on had a terrible gasoline smell, so strong felt like the room is going to be on fire. They first didn’t even want to switch our room because we booked through Expedia, after we insisted and explained we’re worried that the room is unsafe and it feels like we’ll be poisoned with pollution the accommodated change. But the next room we got was also very bad. Overall very unhappy with the room comfort level and their service.
