Stay literally anywhere else but here if you want a hot shower and a warm room. Takes about 15 minutes for your shower to heat up to BARELY lukewarm. But it never gets hot, or even close to it. Nor does the sink if you want to wash your face. Turned the heater on to warm my room and it only blows cold air. Even had a maintenance person come and look at it and still just blowing cold air. Checking out tomorrow. Can’t wait to leave! Which is a shame because the hotel itself is very clean and beautiful and great location. But a hot shower and warm room (or cool if you want it cool) is the most basic, very least amenity to expect and they can’t even deliver on that.
