Rough start, happy ending

The payment method was not attached to our reservation, so our check in process took a long time. The front desk agent, Jakoby, was very nice and apologetic. The hotel.com agent was able to help with the payment information.

Overall, stay was great. In the back of the hotel, there was a lot of trash bags on the curb and the continental breakfast could’ve been a little better. Other than that, I would come back.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable but the water pressure was terrible. Breakfast offerings were sparse. No oatmeal, no fruit, no yogurt only sliced bread. Very disappointing. No hair dryer in the room.

COMFY BED & PILLOWS! The room was clean and nice. Can I get the name of the mattress & soft pillows please so I can buy for my home! I would definitely return if I'm ever in the area. Nice hotel.
