Wonderful 4-night stay in a clean, comfortable room. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a superb area of Houston - safe, secure and convenient (I-10 a mile or so away). We did not eat breakfast so I did not rate it.

Was told that Only two carts to serve the entire hotel!!! The front desk was useless getting me one over a two day period, so I had to find one of the staff to bring my luggage down to my car
