The whole hotel has a weird smell that's trying to be masked with a cheap fragrance. The rooms are dirty, and tired. I don't usually leave negative reviews but when I had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water it was the last straw.

Front desk staff was great! Lobby is nice and decorated beautifully. The room was a bit dated but clean. I could only get lukewarm water from the shower so that was not fun being it’s mid-December.
