At Check-in, there were "surprise charges" because they weren't declared when purchasing on line. The morning after check in, we could smell that someone was smoking pot close by & we were on the top floor(8th floor). Very sad!

There were some unusual people hanging around in front of the hotel when we would go in and out. Seemed odd, to us. We did like the hotel and will try to use this type of property again.

Our 3-night stay was a nightmare due to my 80-year-old mother's COPD and asthma. The hotel is saturated with strong, synthetic fragrance from diffusers placed everywhere. The elevator was the worst – the concentration was so overpowering it was difficult to breathe and triggered her respiratory distress. For us, this wasn't an inconvenience; it was a genuine health hazard. It is irresponsible for a hotel to create an environment so dangerous for guests with medical conditions. Avoid this place if you have any respiratory issues. They clearly prioritize masking odors over guest safety.
