The food and drinks were great at the bar. The bartender was fantastic and the cook did the best job on the boneless wings I have ever tasted. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too flat. The shower was great.

Staff was courteous but took too long to check in because one person at desk, too long to check out because the app wasn’t working and when asked for extra pillows twice, they never came. Pillows were way too soft and rooms were clean but had some dirty spots on bed sheet and the carpet.

Home2 Suites is near the Toyota Center and the Convention Center in Houston. It is a bout a 10-min walk to the east end of the Convention Center and 20-min walk to the west end (where the Metro 500 bus from the airport drops off). My room was large, breakfast was very good, the pool was nice, and wifi worked. I was very happy with the hotel, though there is not much in terms of fast food or groceries nearby.

Easy to check in and out. Great valet service. I would have paid extra for the to unpack my car and have it brought to your room but would definitely in town for a concert I expected some level of frustration but never felt staff amazing! Rooms are very clean, I didn’t hear a thing (parties) going on around the hotel in light of the event we attended. Great breakfast, bar on site, and much more.
