The area near the hotel was pretty neat and clean, but not sure about the safety. The room was little outdated, single sitting coutch had some stains.

Staff was not friendly. They dont acknowledge you when you come in and out. The lady that did breakfast yelled at me for using the same serving spoon. It was my fault but you can address things without yelling at your guests. I reported an issue with front desk about stained pillow and you can tell he didnt care.

The shower was horrible water was filling up in the tub and the hot tub was not hot the towels and wash cloth was rough and old and the toilet paper was like sand paper it was definitely a no frill hotel and they have the nerve not to give you complementary water because I was not staying for more than one night so I have to buy a bottle of water for four dollars. I have never heard of that in my life, I feel like as long as you’re staying at the hotel you should have the right to a bottle of water for free, but because I was only spending one night I was not allowed a bottle of water I had to pay for it. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The price was good, but that was all I do not recommend this hotel.

Roaches in room; pool area about 100 degrees and not ventilated (very strong chlorine smell); bad odor in guest hallways. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel needs some TLC, some serious bug spray, and some reno in the pool area.

I stayed two times and there was soap by the sink that was inconvenient. The second time there was no soap in the room at all. There also no eating utensils in the room. Other than those things it was good and I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was good overall. Just disappointed that treadmill was not working. There needs to be a repair done the floor was separating from the base board. Please fix the air conditioning in the lobby.

Our room was nice. The noise from upstairs and our neighbors were heard but not the worst. The bed wasn't all that comfortable but the pillows were good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Being able to have/make meals in our room was definitely a plus. Couldn't enjoy the pool bc the chlorine was overwhelming and burning our eyes. But overall we had a good stay
