I will preface by saying, the receptionists at the front desk were wonderful and accommodating. However, I could not complete my stay at this hotel. We left around 10:00pm to find a different hotel to stay at. The furniture in the room, couches, and bed frames as well as the carpet were covered in stains. A very large black cockroach crawled out from under the bed. I asked for our room to be switched and they did so, but as soon as we walked into the new room, the fire alarm was beeping for batteries to be changed. They offered to change them quickly, but at that point, I just wanted to get out of there. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

Absolutely awful. No towels. Mattress and headboard had huge yellow stains. AC is a swamp cooler. Everything is wet and clammy. AC unit in hall has giant hole in ceiling. Carpet torn and stained. Bugs in bed. This place us horrid. Last nite found bug in bed, ac unit quit. Parking bad. Place should be leveled.

My stay this time was much better. Only thing is having to go to the front desk for linens to swap out. I didn’t have any towels in my bathroom. The worker only wanted to give me one set. I know for a fact they start off with two. Even for single occupancy. I didn’t argue. Just went back upstairs. Made sure to review when my visit was over.

Spartan experience

Room spartan but clean, need to provide hangers for clothes and towels. Getting towels was the most difficult ever…daily. 1st evening staff not nearly as pleasant as 2nd evening staff. No table to sit at for work or eating in room.

Perfect for the night.

Stayed for Texans game. Close proximity to game. Lots of things close, resturants, shopping stores, grocery store it is all close, walking distance. If you're coming and want a no big frills place this is it.

There is not an official type desk in the room with a desk chair. Some of us that travel need to do computer work. Smelled like smoke in the room. There is a bar that in the evening was actually open and a nice setting. Parking limited right in front of the entry, was to the far end of the building. Great close proximity to the AT&T center for a concert or game.
