Staff was awesome and I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ZaZa! I was checked in and greeted by Kelley who did an amazing job introducing me to the hotel as well as Houston for the first time! The hotel was also very clean and smelled great. Daily coffee and snacks were served by the elevator every morning which was a great way to start the day and turndown service was provided with a snack and complementary water which was a nice way to end the day. Also enjoyed the restaurant down stairs and received the best service from Alex and Krubel! Will definitely stay here the next time I am in town!!

It was a Great experience and a Great Hotel. I was so impressed with the service it was impeccable. Josh at the check-in counter was Great. I wish I could remember the bar tender’s names they were excellent. I will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.
