Unsatisfied!!!

My stay was absolutely horrible! For starters from checking in I was told that there was 100 deposit but refundable after you pay 15 per night for parking! That should’ve been told upon reservation! I have a family of 6 and there were only 4 towels to bathe with. I was told there was no room service at check in but if we needed any towels etc to call front desk. Did just that didn’t get towels until close to midnight I also asked for toilet paper early morning never got toilet paper until 8:30 pm only because I personally went down to the front desk to complain. Housekeeping never came to empty trash or pick up soiled towels. I was told there would be a light clean up to do those things and it never happened!!! It was hot in the room and the beds are super uncomfortable. To top it off food was wasted because the mini fridge wasn’t cooling and there was no microwave in the room to warm food up. You had to go all the way to the first floor and use a (public) microwave not knowing what has been put into the microwave. Overall it was very over priced and I will never book there again!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were so glad there was a restaurant and free breakfast. At first I was disappointed that there was no valet parking. But actually, the parking garage was very confident and SAFE, and much less expensive than valet parking at other hotels!! We will stay there again when we co for other medical visits!

Being near the medical center was convenient for those traveling with patients staying in hospital. Most guests I encountered at the hotel were there for medical reasons. I would definitely suggest this hotel for anyone traveling to MD Anderson or other hospitals in the area.

Did not see the value in the stay at this location. I did not being charged for parking. Breakfast was very limited as compared with other places I have stayed. I only chose this hotel due to how close it was to Texas Childrens for an appointment we had. First time in a long time I felt I wasted my money on a place to stay. Will not be back.

Had an early appointment in the Med Center. Excellent location convenient to MD Anderson. Easy paid parking. Nice bar. Wasn’t able to enjoy the pool nor breakfast.
