Southern Hospitality at its best.

Everyone was amazing. They went out of there way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. The food was 10 stars if I can give it that and everyone who worked in the kitchen were very attentive. They made sure you had all you needed and plus they kept everything stocked. They were continually replenishing the breakfast and drinks. The view was B.U.T. Ful (in my mom's voice) from our room, we stayed on the 9th floor over looking the city and the view was awesome. The night lights made it even more special. If ever I'm in the Houston area again, I will no doubt hands down stay there again. Smoooooches!!💋💋

front desk staff was great, breakfast was great, the property is well designed, parking is perfect. the only issue i had was coming back from a day of exploring to find the room semi cleaned. cleaners didn't changed nor made up the bed.

This was my first time stating at a Hyatt House and I was thoroughly impressed with this location. The good: The facility and rooms were very clean and nice. No issues there. I had a good view from my room. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I loved that there was a bar and restaurant on site that stayed open late and if you’re a drinker, the drinks were prettty good. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows and sheets were soft. The rooms were quiet, no outside noice could be heard. Parking was very affordable at only $15 a night and the parking garage felt safe. It’s in a good quiet area. The pool and jacuzzi were both heated which was nice. The not so good: The breakfast was not great. It gets picked over quick and not a-lot of options. But it’s included so I can’t complain. Overall, this was a clean, affordable, quiet hotel in a good area with great staff. I would definitely stay here again.
