I’m sorry, but you go to a hotel to rest and get a good nights rest while away from home, but when you can’t even get that right, it’s all bad! The Hyatt Place appears to have had a renovation recently and made everything look pretty and clean, but it’s sorta like putting lipstick on a pig. To start the woman working the front desk was very unprofessional, talking to her child on her personal cell phone while checking my family and I in. The shower and was clean but the paint on the sealing was peeling. The toilet paper holder had been replaced, but the old holes were never patched. They had a nice comforter on a horrible mattress that you can feel the springs and hear creaking every time you move. They had no phone in the room to call the front desk, so we had to use our personal phone to call the front desk to find out we had to go all the way back downstairs to get a comforter for the pull out bed. This is not the worse hotel, but pretty close. I will say our room was clean, but definitely not comfortable!

The room was clean overall; however, the bedsheets had large stains and appeared old. Additionally, the bed was not comfortable, so I requested to change rooms. Although the second room had a more comfortable bed, the bedsheets still had small stains, which I did not find acceptable. I was also surprised that there was no body lotion provided in the room. Due to these issues, my experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this Hyatt location.

If you get room 214, ask for a new one. Just don’t do it. The rooms are nice and everything, but the 2 nights we were there, there was a party below us both nights. It was a paid venue type party. Our first night there was a birthday party. The bass and music was bumping all the way til 10pm. I thought it was just going to be one night but no, the next night it was a graduation. Music bumping until 10pm again. I had an early flight and had to get up at 4am. Having my entire room vibrate from the DJ until 10pm was just terrible. Oh, and they don’t do housekeeping? I’ve never been at a hotel that didn’t come clean your room every morning?

I always choose Hyatt Place for their friendliness and cleanliness. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. Of the 4 pillows on the bed, 2 of them had hair on them. The floor in the bathroom was filthy. The coffee counter still had spills and scum from previous occupants. This was not like any of my other stays. I will not stay there again

The 24 hour shuttle was not available when I arrived. They expected me to wait at the airport for 3 hours for the shuttle. There were barely any towels. The hotel carpet was dirty, the hotel walls were old, the layout of the room was not a good layout. The hotel looks like an old hotel that they barely patched up and are now renting. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. Breakfast was also horrible. The fruit was not fresh, the oatmeal was water and barely any oats, and the boiled eggs looked old. Would not stay here again.

The room was really spacious I was surprised by that. In the bedroom area they were no usable plugs for electronics. Breakfast was lacking, we ended up going for food instead.

The room was very poorly designed. No outlets near the bed. Washing hands or rinsing a towel caused water to pour all over the counter. The only place to hang a towel was behind the bathroom door, but it wasn't accessible again without completely entering the bathroom and closing the door. There was also a dead roach in the corner. This was not the worse hotel I've stayed in, but it was near the bottom.
