Room had stains all over floor, shower hot water never got hot. had to hold the shower handle the whole time it was too low to stand under and i am 5'3. Bed was horrible uncomfortable. only had a sheet on the bed, hot tub was broken. breakfast was horrible! my husband got sick after eating

While waiting in the lobby music with vulgar lyrics was playing. This is not good especially with the amount of families present LaQuinta should make sure to have an appropriate and approved playlist The shower head wasn’t working right. I reported it but nothing was done The upstairs in the hallway and room looked like it needed a remodel.

The rooms were not in good condition bc they had stuff on the floors and both rooms. It also had a odor in them. Our stay in this hotel is usually the best but we were disappointed at the stay and the guy at the desk couldn't problem solve and help us we our issues with the room. So if someone can email me to accommodate me for this stay it will be greatly appreciated please and thank you
