Absolutely unacceptable. My stay at this La Quinta was nothing short of a disaster. Within 15 minutes of checking in, another family opened my door and walked into my room — because the front desk assigned the same room to two different guests. That is a massive safety failure and a total invasion of privacy. When I called the front desk for help, I was told there was no manager on duty. How does a national hotel chain operate without management present to handle serious issues? It’s outrageous and screams negligence. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it was humiliating, unsafe, and showed how little this hotel cares about its guests. If staff can’t manage something as basic as room assignments, what else are they careless about? Security? Cleanliness? Guest safety? La Quinta should be ashamed of this level of incompetence. I’ll never stay here again, and I would strongly warn anyone considering this hotel: if you value safety, professionalism, or even the bare minimum of hospitality, stay far away.

Nice hotel and a great rate. My first room the electronic door wouldn’t open on the 4th floor. Long walk back to desk and got a different room. No desk to work just open carpet space. Too tired to complain.

Neaded a good place for extended layover at George Bush. Shuttle was very fast, front desk young lady was exceptional and next morning return to the airport could not have been better. Could have used something to eat. Cash only food shop was poorly stocked as one cooler was out of order. Cash only is hard for people these days and doesn't make much sense these days.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was amazing — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. I had an early morning flight, and having reliable transportation to the airport made my trip so much easier and stress-free. Arriving to the hotel look nice u til I got to my room and on the elevator through the halls there where roach everywhere. Very unsanitary! Very uncomfortable to stay, front desk was nice enough to provide Lysol for the room but I did not like my stay at all and it was very short.

This hotel one of them ones. I absolutely loved my stay. It smelled amazing . It was sooo clean . I had booked last minute from checking out same day at a different hotel that was not clean . I will definitely be booking again when I visit Houston
