Staff very helpful and nice , available to help and solve the issues . We had issues with the check in , when arrived receptionist couldn’t find us in the system and when she did , she guided us to a wrong room occupied by other person . One of the TV isn’t working. We had troubles with the hot water and heater in the room . Staff gave us the opportunity to shower in other room . The best thing is that the transportation to the airport is included .

The hotel is lovely. My complaint was the airport shuttle was not available 3 of the 4 times I needed it. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the airport shuttle. So on top of paying for the hotel I have to pay for an uber twice and a cab once.
