As a Wyndham rewards member … not having breakfast available was a huge inconvenience. No discount on the stay but not all of the same amenities provided which is why I booked.

I am still waiting for my full refund. No pool, no hot tub. No coffee or breakfast in the AM. Broken doorknobs. Lights that would not turnoff and we had to sleep with on all night long. Very unfortunate situation.

The staff was friendly hotel basically was clean. We just had an old room. The light was blown out. Carpet was dirty. They just need to remodel and they didn’t have breakfast. They said you had to go to another hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The internet didn’t work during my visit, and the TV in the room was also not functional. The room phone had no cord connecting it to the base, so it couldn’t be used. No breakfast was served on either of the two mornings, even though it was advertised. Additionally, the pool was out of order. None of these issues were mentioned before booking, which made the stay feel misleading and inconvenient. I expected better communication and maintenance from this property.

Completely missed the mark!

We weren’t even allowed to stay. Upon arrival, I was informed that they do not allow pets which hotels.com and their business page specifically states that they do. Their pool was closed and they were also not running continental breakfast. 3 strikes but we were sent down the road to an older, jankier hotel, the Sonesta. The wall paper was peeling. The towels were stained. No coffee cups in the room and later found out the coffee maker was missing the piece to even brew coffee. So I had to use the pod and soak it like a tea bag. No hair dryer, had to go ask for one. Luggage cart was completely broken so I had to carry in all our bags and a dog kennel. Tub needed some TLC and the shower curtain needed a replacement. Water fountains were closed and no water offered at breakfast. If it wasn’t for us not being there all day, the trip would've been a total bust. Luckily, my kids really enjoyed NASA, great wolf lodge, and the color factory.
