However, the only downside was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways, especially in the mornings. It was really overwhelming and unpleasant, making it hard to enjoy the otherwise nice environment. I hope the management can address this issue because it definitely affects the experience for non-smokers. I would consider staying again if this problem is solved.

This was my second stay at the property and I had a much different experience than my first. The room i booked was unavailable, though they tried to put me in one that was not accessible for my friend’s disability. They did switch us to a bigger room (at my request) which I appreciate but it was not nearly as clean as my first room (and he wanted to charge me an additional fee). The whole floor in general seemed dirtier than the first floor. But the staff was still accommodating and friendly.
