I got moved three times in one week. First room wasn’t ready and left filthy. Second room had a plumbing issue. Internet connection is a joke. You have to call a third party and register your device to connect. Even then, you could lose access. Staff was RUDE. A nightmare.

When we arrived the bed sheets were dirty, they offered us 2 rooms 1 on the house and the other one which was the one we paid, then they called the room that they had give us for free at 2 Am in the morning to let us know we had to get out due to them not knowing that we were staying 2 nights, so unprofessional so dirty.

First room we had made beds but the room itself was filthy. Garbage on the floor, no towels, funny smell and dirty microwave. The second room they gave us had old guests food in the fridge no tissue no towels and the lock on the door was hanging on by a thread and we woke up to bite marks on our legs after going to sleep.

The worst service I have seen with La Quinta. The rooms were really small. The room I put in was sheets were dirty . There was open yogurt in the refrigerator and spilled on to the floor. The restroom walls were stained. First when walk to hotel there was lady at the front door. Outside Smoking a joint of marijuana . Then get the corner the fourth floor where room was located.You could smell more marijuana. I will stay at La Quinta again. I stay at La Quinta for The 35 years.

It's was pretty good just wish Rama, Nibel are my favorite staff members and housekeepers are sweet and usually take good care of me and my babies when we stay.
