A quick heads-up: this apartment is on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator. However, that elevated location is exactly what gives you the beautiful views, added privacy, and peaceful atmosphere that guests love most.

Upon entry into the apartment, a key fob will be provided for access to the apartment building, fitness center, and pool. To help prevent it from being misplaced, the key fob is attached to a larger holder for easier visibility.
Please keep it secure during your stay. A $300 replacement fee will apply if the key fob is lost, misplaced, or stolen. Upon leaving the apartment at the end of your stay, please place the key fob on the dining room table where it was upon your arrival.

The purpose of the key fob is for you to have entry into the gate without having to stop at the entry keypad to request entry every time you are in and out of the apartment, You would just press the number one on the key fob and it would automatically open the gate. You will also have access to the pool and the fitness area with the key fob.
