We were unable to stay at this location due to a complete lack of communication and responsibility from the host. Despite reaching the day of check-in, I received no instructions or contact. When I finally reached out myself to request check-in information, the host simply asked us to cancel the reservation. No explanation or support was provided, and because the host failed to notify us in advance, we were left in Houston with nowhere to go.
