The home has 3 stories. 1st floor: 2 car garage, foyer, bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom with a bathtub, and backyard. 2nd floor: Master bedroom with King size bed, master bathroom and large closet. Second bedroom with bunker beds accommodate up to 4 persons and a single bed with full bathroom.The maximum allowed guests is 8 persons. Washer and Dryer. 3rd floor: Kitchen, living room, and dining room. The elevator will take you from the first to second to third floor. Owner does not allow any parties of any sorts. We had a wonderful stay in Houston and will definitely consider this property first on future visits. This location is excellent, with easy access to great restaurants and activities. It is also convenient for anyone traveling to the medical center, as it is just minutes away.Parking was a big plus, with both covered and driveway options available onsite. Communication with host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Maddie was especially helpful and accommodating when weather impacted our travel plans.Highly recommend!

What a great property! For our needs, we were able to accommodate all of our family of 5 very comfortably. We were in town to attend the World Baseball Classic and the Houston Rodeo, both of which were within 10 to 15 minute drive, which was a perfect location for us. The owner was easily available and communication was great as well. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to Houston.

Maddie (host) is a great guy, lives across the street and was very welcoming and responsive. We stayed at this great, unique home for nearly 2 months, as I received cancer treatment at MD Anderson (no worries, all good now). We found the place comfortable, well equipped, and extremely well managed. Would not hesitate to stay there again, hopefully on different circumstances.

Great townhouse

This townhouse is in great shape, and was perfect for our extended family to attend a wedding in Houston. The host was very responsive and accommodating and the location was very good. Very spacious and well-equipped, and nicely decorated too. Highly recommended.

Lots of space, big kitchen, close to Med Ctr, and elevator for persons with mobility issues

My family and I stayed here to be close to Medical Center for a loved ones week-long battery of health tests. The property was in a great area and offered lots of room and places for privacy when needed. There's also an elevator to get from floor to floor which was part of the reason we chose this property - many properties in this area are multi-storied and not disability friendly. The wonderful art in the home also set the perfect vibe to helped brighten everyone's mood daily since being in Houston for medical reasons isn't necessarily fun. The kitchen is large and it was great for cooking family meals together. I was the driver for most appointments at med center and the drive time from the property was short and not difficult. Monday AM was the most congested so if you stay here and have a Monday AM appointment, leave earlier than you normally would. The other days were much less congested but do expect normal, large city traffic and adjust for it. The garage and garage entry were also perfect to keep the cars and everyone else out of the Houston heat as much as possible plus the ease of entry for folks with disability - if you can go up one short step you can enter from the garage. There are also some very good restaurants nearby and HEB grocery is fairly close. The area is walkable but you need to be experienced with walking in highly urban areas. If you aren't then I'd say stick with your car.

Cute Property in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed property. Owners were very kind and responsive and the accommodations were very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to put a new knob on the master shower; getting the water to the right temperature is tricky. I would also suggest a TV in the master bedroom. Overall, this is a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

A great place to stay

The house is very attractive and well equipped. The neighbourhood is peaceful with plenty of room for parking the car. We were given a warm welcome by the host who was very friendly and helpful. Great Location

The house is great and great location for an event you may be attending at NRG stadium. Houston is very warm and humid and it definitely was these last two days so the third floor got very warm.and we couldn’t get the AC to turn on. Orher then that it wss a great stay.
