Do not expect your secured reservation to be honored. We had reserved a couple of weeks in advance only to arrive and be told that our accessible reserved room has been sold the day before and they only had a 2nd floor room...we use a wheelchair...thus we had reserved the accessible room. We had to drive and search for availability after our accessible room reservation was not honored. Very disappointed.

The room was disgusting,it smelled like a homeless person took a shower and every smelled like dirty stale water, the location was awful, crackheads up and down the whole complex, very disappointed and very disgusting spot, I do not recommend anyone staying here
