Needs Improvement

The location was fine, the quick access to the freeway and airport were ideal. The pictures on the listing aren’t quite accurate depicting the actual condition of the property. The box springs, doors, walls, cabinets, blinds, etc are stained. Water damage on the ceiling. MOLD in the upstairs bathroom. Bugs everywhere all the time. The plants in the courtyard are overgrown and neglected. There’s water damage to the foundation. The air conditioning unit went out and stopped cooling the house. It was consistently above 80F inside at the end of May, beginning of June. The property has potential to be great but needs major improvements. This isn’t everything we came across but yea. We asked for a partial refund and were told that they refused and these are all just minor issues.
MOLD!!! Not a minor issue!

Good for the price

Me and my friends stayed for the weekend and had a good time. Check-in was simple and the thermostat can be adjusted by using the sides of it. Inside the place was very spacious and comfortable. The location was sketchy and there were a few cockroaches in the place but nothing major. Had a good time there nonetheless.

Amazing Host

Host was very nice and great to explain what we needed to stay. Enjoyed the home for a commute for a wedding, and birthday very convenient for our travel. Well booked again next travel.

Just okay…

Neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. Unkept. Upon entering the unit it did appear as pictured but the back door of the unit was open and it was warm in the unit, had trouble adjusting the thermostat and turning on ceiling fans, also a light in downstairs bathroom was out, reached out the host and within minutes a man knocked on the door and informed us that he could not change the light because it was an LED light and the ceiling fan works by remote which was missing. Issues unresolved. Lock to garage did not work. Beds were comfortable. Unit spacious but could be cleaner. Overall okay stay.

Qaudplex.. ITS VERY SPACIOUS & Accomadated our group. Property lacks basic necessities. No Washclothes, No Dish towel, No Iron or Board. Folding table and chairs in the kitchen. Bare minimum on dishes and cooking utinsels. With a few adjustments and trips to the store WE MADE IT WORK . ALL THE DOLLAR STORES ARE NEARBY. If that tells you anything about the neighborhood 😉
