We arrived to our first room hauled all our belongings upstairs and unpacked. When I went to get ready to shower, I saw there was no water in the toilet. I had to walked back to office and was reassigned a room. Ok so we backed up and walked back down stairs with all our stuff. Only one towel, stained bedding and towels. The next morning I woke up to get my daughter ready and not one but 2 roaches on the floor. We immediately packed up and went to a different hotel.

The staff are excellent, especially the cleaning staff who do a really great job. Shout out to Saralee, the woman who cleaned our room ans made sure everything was ready upon checkin. Highly recommend this place - I really love the upgrades and how nice the rooms are inside for the price.
