Bus #4 has a stop in our front yard, and it goes to the Texas Medical Center (TMC), Rice University, U of H, Houston Community College, Astrodome, NRG Stadium, and Downtown. There is a bus every 10 minutes and it takes about 10 minutes to TMC. Just remodeled with new floor, new AC and appliances. Feature queen size bed, leather sofa with recliners, Wi-Fi, much more.

Other things to note
Recent sharp jump in electricity rates require that we put a limit of $5/day on electricity ($150/month), which is average. The main consumption is the central AC/heater. The stove/oven is gas which is very efficient. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the AC/heater when leaving the apartment for more than an hour. Guests pay for electricity above $50/day.
