Me And My Baby Sister Were Visiting From Chicago… My Electrical Sockets Were Not Working So They Moved Us To A Different Room & The Room Lights Were Flickering, Cracks In The Bathroom Wall & The Bathroom Door Was Broken.. Plus The Sockets Were Not Working In The Second Room As Well. So They Moved Us Back To The First Room We Were In. And I Saw Roaches. I HAVE VIDEOS INSTEAD OF PICTURES !! I Would Not Recommend

I would never stay here again and honestly wish I could get my money back from how uncomfortable I was for the duration of my stay. 1. When checking in the lady asked me if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room I said non smoking she said are you sure because you cannot smoke in the rooms I said yes please a non smoking room she then proceeded to ask me 3 more times if I was sure and that I couldn’t smoke in the rooms mind you I do not smoke, did not smell like smoke, nor did I ever inquire about if I could smoke. Reiterating to me over 4 times that I cannot smoke and asking if I was sure if I wanted a non smoking room was weird and I felt profiled considering there was no reason for her to feel like I would smoke in the rooms. 2. I checked the bedding there were yellow stains on the bed after I lifted off the blanked they place on top of the sheets. I immediately called the front desk and asked if they could come change them because they were dirty. The man at the front desk questioned what time I checked in and why I’m just now calling. I told him I’m just now settling into the room after being out all day and actually pulling the sheets off the bed and noticed he then tried to insinuate that I was to blame for the dirty sheets and didn’t want to blame house keeping? - a day later the same yellow stained sheets are on the bed. Towels had hair untwined in fabric, towels had stains. Terrible stay could go on but not enough characters to type it all. Do not recommend

Easy check in, and I was completely disorganized. I hadn't pack properly, so moving into a room on the second floor was going to be a many trip event. The Palace graciously moved me to the first floor. You will enjoy your stay here. Very clean, easy access and close to lots of things to do in Humble. I will stay here again when I come back to Houston.

Hotel was nice. Room was very clean. It had everything i expected. Complimentary snacks in lobby. I found a nasty stain on my bedsheet that might not have been removed from previous cleaning. Coffee quality leaves much to be desired.

Extremely clean hotel room. The front desk staff was very nice. They have FREE snacks and drinks. The only thing i didn't like was you can hear the traffic from the freeway(it is right off of it) and you can hear some planes flying over( not Extremely loud though). Easy access to the airport. Would stay again.

Best hotel for the price in Houston!!!

Nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in a while and best rates!! Staff very friendly and accommodating! Everything’s like brand new and fresh and clean. Stayed three days not one complaint.
